A: Pyramyd is built on neutrality. Vendors cannot pay to buy their placement in the Vendor Matrix; instead, your software requirements drive which vendors appear in the top 10. Our AI‑driven scoring system uses publicly available data and continuous user feedback (e.g., score overrides and reasons) to refine the rankings. All adjustments are transparent via our scorecards.
