Q15: Can I export reports and share them with my team?
​A: Yes. After completing your vendor evaluation process, you can generate a detailed report (a “snapshot” of your scorecards and vendor matrix). This report can be exported as a PDF or shared directly via email. This makes it easy to provide your management or procurement teams with a complete, data‑driven summary of your software selection process.

Q16: How can I collaborate with team members on a project?
​A: Although Pyramyd is designed primarily for software buyers, many of our users work with teams. You can:

  • Invite team members to join your project (see “Inviting Team Members & Managing Permissions”).

  • Share projects or specific scorecards with them.

  • Leave comments on tasks or vendor evaluations.

  • Use in‑app messaging to discuss requirements (note: full in‑app collaboration and audit trails are on our roadmap).
