Q6: How does Pyramyd extract requirements from my documents?
​A: When you paste text or upload a document (for example, an RFP or a URS), our AI engine scans the content and extracts software requirements. It then classifies these requirements and maps each one to a corresponding business capability (using a framework similar to SAP’s Lean IX). This means you don’t have to manually sift through pages of text—our tool organizes your data into a clear, manageable list that forms the basis for vendor evaluation.

Q7: Can I edit the extracted requirements?
​A: Yes. Once your requirements are extracted, you can:

  • Edit them: Adjust wording or add missing details.

  • Manually add requirements: If your document doesn’t cover everything, you can manually add additional requirements via a simple text input.

  • Prioritize: You can mark some requirements as “Critical,” “High,” or “Medium.” These priority settings help our system focus on what matters most when qualifying vendors.
