Audit trail on every claim · citation links back to the source URL.
How a battlecard refresh runs end-to-end
PYRAMYD's battlecard pipeline is a 6-step cycle the system runs on schedule against each tracked competitor. The stages and the data they touch are listed below · timings are architectural and may vary by tenant.
- Step 01Signal sweep
Live signal sources are crawled · pricing page diffs, changelogs, careers postings, press releases, G2 + TrustRadius review batches, funding databases, M&A trackers.
- Step 02Entity resolution
Raw mentions resolved to canonical Vendor + Product + Capability nodes. Fuzzy match + HNSW vector lookup catches renames and acquisitions.
- Step 03Delta extraction
Compared against the prior snapshot for each card section · pricing, features, positioning, leadership, news. Only material changes propagate.
- Step 04Threshold check
Material deltas compared against alert thresholds configured per tenant (pricing delta, exec departure, certification change, etc.). Triggers inbox or Slack only when warranted.
- Step 05Card compose
APEX Battlecards Agent assembles the updated card from the graph · sections, citations, and voice match drawn from tenant configuration.
- Step 06Provenance attach
Every claim links to source URL, retrieval timestamp, and a permanent audit-log entry · available to SOC 2 / EU AI Act audit teams.
Competitive benchmark
The platforms you'd compare us to · and why Market & Competitive Intelligence on the graph is different.
| Klue / Crayon | $20-40K/yr mid-market, $50-100K+ enterprise. CI-only. Document-based RAG retrieves from your stored content, not a live category graph. |
| Kompyte / Contify | Signal aggregators with limited workflow surfaces. Good for tracking moves; thin on grounding the intelligence inside Sales and Product workflows. |
| AlphaSense | Enterprise-grade content search across earnings, filings, and analyst reports. Powerful for financial CI; not purpose-built for software-vendor moves. |
| PYRAMYD | $200/user/month target · 30-40% below Klue/Crayon ACV at 10× the data depth. Graph-grounded AI with citation hierarchies, not stored-document retrieval. |
As software review platforms consolidate, buyers risk narrower market visibility. PYRAMYD aggregates across major review ecosystems and alternative signal sources to preserve intelligence diversity.
