What's included in every plan?+
The full Product Graph (252K+ products, 2,606 categories, 2.4M+ reviews, 1K+ live signal sources), the workspace modules for your tier, and citation-backed APEX answers. Updates and new signals are continuous · no upgrade fees for graph expansion.
How does APEX token compute work?+
Each tier includes a baseline of APEX tokens per month for graph queries, drafted responses, and signal triggers. Beyond plan inclusion, tokens are metered at $0.05–$0.20 per 1K depending on query type. Real-time scrapes, multi-step agent runs, and high-frequency RFX drafting drive metered consumption.
Can we self-host or get a single-tenant deployment?+
Yes · single-tenant deployments are available on the Enterprise tier, including dedicated VPC, custom data residency, and a custom MCP server for your internal copilots. Self-host options are available for regulated industries on request.
What's the typical implementation timeline?+
Most teams are live in days, not quarters. The graph is pre-populated, the workspaces are pre-configured, and the 200+ pre-transformed connectors ship ready to use. Custom data sources or single-tenant deployments add 2–4 weeks.
Do you offer pilots or design-partner pricing?+
Yes. Design partners on the Starter or Growth tier receive discounted pricing in exchange for case study participation and product feedback. Reach out to discuss.
How does PYRAMYD compare to CI-only or RFP-only tools?+
Most teams already pay for a CI tool (Klue, Crayon), an RFP tool (Loopio, Responsive), a sales enablement platform (Highspot, Seismic), and increasingly a separate AI-grounding layer. PYRAMYD replaces all four with one workspace and one copilot grounded in the same live graph · so the teams stop fighting each other over which tool is the source of truth.
Annual vs monthly billing — what's the actual difference?+
Annual is 20% off the monthly rate. Annual = $500/seat/mo (Starter), $1,200/seat/mo (Growth), Enterprise custom. Monthly = $625/seat/mo (Starter), $1,500/seat/mo (Growth). Annual is invoiced quarterly with NET-30 terms; monthly is auto-charged on the calendar month boundary. Same product surface either way — the discount is for cash-flow commitment.
Can we cancel mid-contract?+
Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing month — no cancellation fee. Annual plans are committed for the 12-month term but can be downgraded to a lower seat count at renewal. Enterprise terms are negotiated per contract. Outcome-priced SKUs ($80/battlecard, $900/RFP, $95/account plan) are pay-as-you-go and can be turned off at any time.
Is our tenant data exportable?+
Yes — your tenant graph slice (nodes, edges, embeddings, citation set, audit log) is exportable as JSONL at any time. No lock-in on the audit trail. We compete on the substrate quality, not on lock-in.
What's the seat budget vs org-wide read distinction?+
You pay for active editor seats — users who curate dashboards, write to Sheets, modify Documents, configure Agents. The rest of your organization gets read-only access to feeds, digests, battlecards, and APEX answers at no extra charge. A 10-seat budget can power feed access for 200+ readers across your org.
How is outcome pricing billed?+
Per accepted deliverable, invoiced monthly in arrears. Each agent run is logged with caller, input, tool calls, output, and acceptance state. If you reject a deliverable as off-spec, it doesn't bill. Idempotency keys prevent double-billing on re-runs against unchanged source data. Monthly spend caps configurable per tenant.
How does the design-partner program affect pricing?+
Design partners (Q3 2026 cohort, 10 more spots) lock founder pricing for the lifetime of the contract — that's the early-customer per-seat rate, the 2× token budget at zero markup, and spillover compute at marginal cost. The founder rate never resets at GA, never resets at Series A.
Does the price include the EU AI Act Article 50 compliance posture?+
Yes. Article 50 (effective August 2, 2026) requires per-claim provenance and machine-readable AI-content marking. Every PYRAMYD response ships with both at every tier — Starter, Growth, Enterprise. No separate compliance SKU.
